Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what information Cygnatrix IT Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit cygnatrix.com and how it is used. Our free tools at tools.cygnatrix.com have their own policy, which follows the same principles.
Information you give us
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number and project information. We use these only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell this information.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request) for security and to keep the site working. Logs are kept for a limited time.
Files you use with our tools
Our PDF and image tools process files inside your browser. Files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements. Advertising helps us keep our tools and guides free.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, through a Google-certified consent message.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but ads may be less relevant.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to email and client data is limited to team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
